Construction roman stair / steps in the inground pool
The Roman stairs are the entrance give you the opportunity to sit down. The nozzles should be placed in the highest stage. They are there to keep the surface clean. The second stage is laid 60cm deep for sitting. The third stage is 30cm, the last stage is 40 cm.An ideal stage would be: to 17/29 see stair upward gradient. But 17 cm would be too large, since one would soon need 9 stages in the swimming pool. Since one does not move underwater so fast, 30cm is acceptable. Also semicircular Roman stairs from ISO stones would have been conceivable. But I decided to use scarf stones. The roundness that comes with extra would, to me, be too expensive.

Walls in swimming pool
The cavities under the stages with crushed stone is filled up. The stones are
transferred, developed, and provided with steel mats. The scarf stones do not
have the full height of 30/40 cm, in order to be able to fill the transitions
with 8 and/or 17cm concrete. The stages are concreted in two steps. First: fill
the walls and the remainder with the technique space cover and transition to
terrace

Scarves for terrace
The difference from the 23cm scarf stones to 30 cm is that one up-peels and one
supports. So the concrete can enclose the scarf stone. Into each stage a
situation of steel mats and triangle borders should go, so that the stages have
a clean edge. Also iron is bored by the wall, so that the stage is firmly
connected with the walls.
